Feeling very close to Gaia and being fortunate enough to be living in a rural area, I farm and try to be as self sufficient as possible, using wind and solar power and growing my own food. I also do healing work by way of energy healing and Hypnotherapy.

Everything I do is fun and enjoyable, and my activities include the cultivation of some superfoods among others, riding my MTB in the woods and sometimes going crazy on an Enduro Off road bike. I also enjoy to run, swim, surf, climb mountains and snorkel dive - any reason to be close to Mother G. 

I  have two kids 9 & 11 that teach me a lot at the moment, especially since one of them is Indigo.

As far as my spirituality goes, I used to be a lot different before I got the cosmic slap that woke me up and I also learned to heal myself and my immediate environment. Right now I try to shine my light in a world that is very different from me and my belief. I strongly believe in being AUTHENTIC,  and it is not always easy to do in every waking moment. The human factor………….

I believe in a healthy body very much, since this goes hand in hand with a healthy mind, i.e. keeping negative and scattered thoughts out.
If I see what children are facing these days, it is so crucial to lead by example and teach them well.

I do not have many friends that I can share spiritual issues with, therefore I am very grateful for Gaia.com and feel very much at home here.
